Baoer 3035

The Baoer 3035 is a quite reliable pen. I say "quite" because sometimes it is a very dry pen and needs nib adjustment. I have three colors at the moment, but I think there were more colors available. I especially saw that there was a blue pen on Amazon.JP which is now out-of-stock. The Jinhao catalog of 2017 also indicates a silver (3035-4) and the red and blue pen. If you have more information, please tell me or comment. The cap is very heavy, half of the pen's weight comes from the cap. It has the tendency to unscrew the barrel from the feed section. I use it at my workplace where there is a chance that a pen can become dirty. As these pens can be easily cleaned with organic solvents, they are mostly metal, it doesn't matter. Jinhao 15

It is said that the Jinhao 15 is designed after the tower of Guangzhou . Other voices remark the striking resemblance with a famous Waterman pen, called Sérénité . It comes in red, wine-red, black and blue, has a hooded nib and writes 0.35 mm lines. It closes with a click. The converter is a slide converter. The quality is quite good - as usual for Jinhao pens. Jinhao X750

The full set of Jinhao X750 - if you know of any other finish, please let me know (mail or comment) The full set of Jinhao X750 pens. Nice pen with a lot of unusual finishes. The typical single pen colors like blue, green, red are missing. If you want e.g. a ferrari-red, you need to look at the X450. Only silver-trim pens are available, the nib is monotone silver-colored but you can easily exchange it for other nibs. Jinhao bicolor nibs are sold cheaply on Ebay and Aliexpress. Cap and barrel close with a click. It closes well, so there is a bit of force necessary to reopen it. This might throw some ink into the cap if you open/close it often. Also, it has a tendency to unscrew itself (barrel/feed section). This is my experimentation pen for other nibs and inks. I especially like the "leather" finish as shown below. Close-up of a "leather" Jinhao X750 pen I hope that Jinhao brings out more colors and finishes, I will buy them all. Data sheet len...
